Please note that none of the new sites are actually finished yet. Well, except for Serge's WhiskyFun website, obviously. I'll try to add new pages and sections over the next few months. New additions to MM will be listed in the 'Good News / Bad News' box on the new Malt Maniacs website. And I guess I should get back to work on a new Malt Madness site as well. I haven't had the time to look at it ever since I froze the website in August '06.

You can wander around these 'under construction' pages to
your heart's desire but keep in mind that wandering could be dangerous; you might stumble. It would probably be better
just to have patience...

Alternatively, you could visit the ADHD section with everything we've written until 2006. And when I say 'we' I mean both the 24 certified maniacs as well as a few 'foreign correspondents'.

Welcome to the 'old' archive of Malt Maniacs. I started working on this site section as
soon as our old whisky web site crashed in 2006, but I have to admit that the work
has progressed quite slow... Because most of the articles we've written between
1997 and 2006 can still be found in the ADHD section (the 'salvaged' elements
of the old site), this site section always ends up at the bottom of my priorities
list, so it could very well be another few years before it's properly finished...
 
Click on a year in the bar above to jump to an overview of the whisky articles
that were written around that time. Some of the malt whisky information may
have lost (some of) its relevance, but there's a lit of other stuff that remains of
use to malt whisky connoisseurs. Alternatively, if you prefer to receive opinions
while they're still warm and fresh, check out the brand new archive section - or
choose one of the other "features" of the Malt Maniacs website from the box at
the left. So far I've only finished the 'prehistoric archive' as far as the years 1997,
1998, 1999 and 2000 are concerned. For the moment, you'll have to surf along
to the ADHD section of MM for the other issues, covering the years 2001 - 2006.

Keen observers may have noticed that not all these numbers are
linked yet.  so far.
As time goes by, more and more reconstructed issues will be
added to this archive. For now, these years are covered;
